Outside Magazine has been around for over 35 years with the mission to “inspire participation in the outside world." When seeking a partner that would best serve our millions of readers as we extended our mission through kid’s outdoor education, we connected with Avid4 Adventure in Colorado. They have been providing best in class adventures to over 100,000 kids over the last decade through day camps and resident camps that inspire active outdoor lifestyles. We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work together to bring you our new program in the San Francisco Bay Area Camps that will be operated by Avid4 Adventure.

Marin Country Day School
Founded in 1956, Marin Country Day School is an independent K-8 coed day school in Corte Madera.  Situated right on the Bay and at the foot of Ring Mountain, MCDS is the ideal facility for our adventure programming.

The Marine Mammal Center
A cornerstone of the southern Marin community, The Marine Mammal Center works with local and global communities to expand knowledge about marine mammals—their health and that of their ocean environment—and to inspire their global conservation.  Our multi-sport camps will hike in the Marin Headlands, and end their day at The Marine Mammal Center learning about the incredible work done at that facility.
